Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell high-end luxury properties and off-plan projects in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of the UAE property market, a passion for real estate, and the skills to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote luxury properties and off-plan developments to prospective clients

Expand your network of brokers and maintain strong business relationships

Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations

Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets

Stay informed about the latest market trends, legal requirements, and property regulations in Dubai

Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai or the UAE

In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market, prime locations, and investment opportunities

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Professional appearance, confidence, and a client-first approach

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Profile:

Nationalities: Indian, Pakistani, British, European, or other Western European countries

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma

Age: 25–35 years

Prior track record of successful sales in luxury real estate (preferred)
