Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, a talent for sales, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conduct property tours, negotiate contracts, and ensure every client’s real estate journey is smooth and successful. You will also perform market analysis, stay updated on industry regulations, and maintain expert knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties

• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients

• Negotiate sales and rental agreements effectively

• Perform market research and competitive analysis

• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships

• Keep up to date with Dubai’s property regulations and market conditions

• Work independently while managing leads, schedules, and deadlines

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience

• Valid UAE Real Estate License

• Strong sales, customer service, and property management skills

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
