Job Title: Contracts Specialist 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in both English and Arabic, ensuring legal compliance while supporting business objectives.

You will work closely with internal teams to provide legal guidance, manage contract lifecycles, and mitigate potential risks, contributing to the success of a diversified investment group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in English and Arabic, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies

• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on contractual issues and risk mitigation

• Maintain an organized contract management system and track contract performance to proactively address potential concerns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contractual terms with business goals while minimizing legal risks

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic-speaking candidates aged 35 or below

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (Commerce & Law preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, with proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts from scratch

• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Arabic
