Burjline Builders is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payment Gateway Coordinator to manage and optimize payment operations for high-risk industries, including gaming. The role involves coordinating with banks and PSPs, monitoring transactions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting seamless payment processing. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, offering a salary of AED 2,000–2,500/month plus perks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with banks and payment service providers (PSPs).

• Track and manage transactions, settlements, chargebacks, and fraud trends.

• Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC regulations.

• Collaborate with tech, finance, and legal teams to resolve payment issues.

• Assist in onboarding and managing PSP relationships.

• Maintain payment workflows, reconciliation records, and process documentation.

• Oversee API-based payment flows and verify KYC/AML adherence.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in payment operations or fintech, preferably in high-risk domains.

• Strong knowledge of UPI, cards, wallets, payment gateways, and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with chargeback handling and basic fraud detection.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Experience with international PSPs and gaming platforms is an advantage.

• Understanding of cross-border payments and alternative payment methods (APMs).
