The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience in a dynamic, high-end hospitality setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

• Escort guests to tables and ensure comfort.

• Monitor table rotation to maximize seating efficiency.

• Coordinate with restaurant staff for smooth service flow.

• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with empathy.

• Assist in resolving complaints effectively.

• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with reservation management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.

• Basic math skills for managing reservations.

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Professional grooming and appearance.

• High school diploma (hospitality education is a plus).
