Mashreq is seeking a Relationship Banker to join its Retail Banking Group. The role involves selling a full suite of personal banking products to potential retail customers while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, customer-focused, and adept at building trust with diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the complete range of personal banking products to retail prospects.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing bank clients.

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

  • Stay updated on bank products, policies, and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience in retail banking sales or relationship management.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
