Mashreq is seeking a Relationship Banker to join its Retail Banking Group. The role involves selling a full suite of personal banking products to potential retail customers while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, customer-focused, and adept at building trust with diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the complete range of personal banking products to retail prospects.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing bank clients.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Stay updated on bank products, policies, and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience in retail banking sales or relationship management.
