Minor Hotels is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm, an upscale property located on Palm Jumeirah’s West Beach. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring prompt, courteous, and high-quality service in the food and beverage outlets. You will work collaboratively with all departments to maintain efficient operations, have complete knowledge of the menus and services, and continuously improve your skills to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment and respecting guest privacy are essential parts of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and ensure guest satisfaction in all food and beverage outlets.

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Maintain full knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel services.

• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.

• Respect guest privacy and uphold professional conduct.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.

• Strong passion for excellent service.

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English.
