Burjline Builders is hiring a Customer Service Executive to work remotely, preferably from India, for a fast-growing online gaming company. The role involves assisting customers with account, payment, and gameplay queries while ensuring professional, timely, and empathetic service. This is a full-time, remote position with 12-hour rotational shifts (day & night), offering a salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000/month plus incentives. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat and phone (inbound & outbound).

• Assist players with account management, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay issues.

• Follow company SOPs and protocols strictly.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

• Use Excel for data tracking and basic reporting.

• Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer service.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

• Previous customer support experience preferred (gaming industry experience is a plus).

• Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas and data entry).

• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

• Strong self-discipline and time management skills.

• Must own a laptop or desktop.

• 100% remote role; immediate joiners preferred.
