Burjline Builders is hiring a Customer Service Executive to work remotely, preferably from India, for a fast-growing online gaming company. The role involves assisting customers with account, payment, and gameplay queries while ensuring professional, timely, and empathetic service. This is a full-time, remote position with 12-hour rotational shifts (day & night), offering a salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000/month plus incentives. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through chat and phone (inbound & outbound).

Assist players with account management, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay issues.

Follow company SOPs and protocols strictly.

Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.

Use Excel for data tracking and basic reporting.

Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer service.
Requirements:

Fluency in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Previous customer support experience preferred (gaming industry experience is a plus).

Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas and data entry).

Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Strong self-discipline and time management skills.

Must own a laptop or desktop.
