QuantumLight is seeking a highly motivated Fundraising Manager to lead its capital-raising efforts targeting the US market. This full-time remote role requires a self-starter with proven experience in venture capital (VC) or private equity (PE) fundraising, investor relations, and high-value client management. The Fundraising Manager will take full ownership of the fundraising lifecycle, from sourcing leads to closing commitments with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently generate and qualify fundraising leads within the US market.

• Pitch QuantumLight Fund II to potential limited partners (LPs) including large family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, endowments, and foundations.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with LPs, managing commitments either independently or alongside the CEO.

• Achieve weekly KPIs related to qualified LP meetings and quarterly capital-raising targets from self-sourced leads.

• Grow and leverage a strong network within the US venture capital ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end fundraising experience in VC or PE.

• Proven success in client-facing fundraising and investor relationship management.

• Strong LP network in the US, especially among family offices and UHNWIs involved in VC investments.

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Highly entrepreneurial, driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
