The Junior Hydrogeologist will join the Water Resources and Environment department based in the UAE office. The role offers a hybrid working environment and the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects within a multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development of conceptual hydrogeological models.

• Process and interpret hydrogeological, hydrochemical, and geospatial data.

• Participate in field campaigns across the UAE and GCC countries.

• Prepare maps and figures using GIS software such as QGIS and ArcGIS.

• Collaborate on numerical modeling projects using software like MODFLOW and FEFLOW.

• Write technical reports and assist in proposal preparation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in geology, geological engineering, environmental sciences, hydrogeology, hydrology, or related fields. A Master’s or PhD is a plus.

• Some experience with hydrogeological fieldwork.

• Proficiency in GIS tools and MS Office.

• Good oral and written English communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modeling software (MODFLOW, FEFLOW, COMSOL, HEC-RAS, MIKE, etc.).

• Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic.

• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

• Willingness to travel and participate in fieldwork.
