Delano Dubai, part of Ennismore’s luxury hospitality portfolio, is seeking a Barback to join their vibrant bar team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and efficient beverage service in a sophisticated indoor environment. The ideal candidate will support bartenders with restocking, maintain cleanliness, and assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience at this iconic ultra-luxury hotel on Bluewaters Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders by restocking ice, glassware, garnishes, and beverages promptly.

• Prepare and organize beverage ingredients and bar tools for service readiness.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, clearing used glasses and disposing of waste.

• Collaborate closely with bartenders, waitstaff, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

• Support front-of-house and back-of-house teams during daily operations and special events.

• Respond promptly to guest requests to enhance their experience and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a luxury hospitality setting such as a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or exclusive beach club.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests professionally.

• Proficiency with luxury hotel operational and management software.

• Relevant educational background, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
