ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to provide dedicated sales and administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up throughout the sales lifecycle. This key role enables the Head of Sales and Business Development Managers to focus on client engagement and business growth by managing day-to-day tasks including meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and client communications.
Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling of internal and client meetings, calls, and appointments with efficient calendar oversight.

Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, proposals, and follow-up documentation.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead, contact, opportunity, and meeting information.

Track sales activities and pipeline progress, generating reports and status updates as needed.

Act as a primary administrative contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses.

Follow up on client action points and deliverables, liaising across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Assist in the preparation of proposals, capability statements, and pitch materials.

Organize digital filing of client correspondence, contracts, and records.

Support planning and execution of client events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience:

Prior experience in Sales Support, Client Relationship Management, or Sales Administration, preferably in professional, financial, or corporate services.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a professional client-focused attitude.

Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zoho and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to collaborate effectively within teams while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
