Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join their team as Waiters/Waitresses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional and memorable dining experiences to guests by providing attentive and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks related to food and beverage service in accordance with the hotel’s performance standards.

• Greet and seat customers in a professional and discreet manner.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests.

• Monitor food and beverage quality consistently.

• Handle customer complaints and queries with satisfactory resolution.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet, including upkeep of service equipment.

• Prepare all service materials before, during, and after service (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).

• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.

• Use up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage preferred.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.

• Good command of English; additional guest service and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, and responsibility.

• Positive attitude with a passion for people and service.
