Marriott International’s Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa, a Luxury Collection property, is looking for a Laundry Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of laundry and assigned areas to Marriott’s high standards. This full-time, on-site role requires a physically fit individual with at least 12 months of relevant experience and strong communication skills in English. The Laundry Attendant will support the housekeeping team by ensuring guest linen and laundry operations run smoothly, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned laundry and related areas according to standards.

• Handle guest linen and supplies with care and efficiency.

• Report lost and found, breakage, and maintenance issues promptly.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and cleaning tools.

• Follow all Marriott hygiene, safety, and PPE guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and housekeeping team members.

• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and coordinate with housekeeping office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience in a similar housekeeping or laundry role.

• Good level of English for communication.

• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.

• Good physical fitness to handle laundry duties.
