Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee innovative corporate wellness programs that promote holistic health and well-being.

• Drive employee engagement through impactful initiatives and activities.

• Collaborate with HR, clinical leaders, and business units to integrate wellness into organizational culture.

• Use data and feedback to refine wellness strategies for measurable outcomes.

• Manage wellness activity planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, and resources.

• Represent PureHealth at industry events, conferences, and forums.

• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and best wellness practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Wellness, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness program management or healthcare leadership.

• In-depth knowledge of preventive health, wellness trends, and integrative care.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic mindset with proven operational execution ability.
