RINO Invest Group Ltd is hiring a Real Estate Investment Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate investing. The role involves driving strategic investment decisions, conducting in-depth market research, performing financial modeling, and managing asset portfolios to optimize returns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Argus and Excel, and a solid understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cash flow projections, ROI models, and risk assessments using Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel.

• Underwrite acquisitions and dispositions, including sensitivity analysis and benchmarking against market comparables.

• Monitor portfolio performance, oversee lease negotiations, and manage capital expenditures.

• Implement risk mitigation strategies and prepare quarterly asset valuation reports.

• Manage due diligence processes including legal reviews, appraisals, environmental studies, and closing documentation.

• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda with data-driven recommendations.

• Conduct market research on macroeconomic trends, demographics, and competitive landscapes.

• Attend industry conferences to identify emerging investment opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate investment, acquisitions, or asset management.

• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise, Excel financial modeling, and market research tools.

• Texas Real Estate Salesperson License or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

• Preferred: Master’s degree or certifications (CCIM, CFA, CPA).

• Knowledge of debt financing, REIT structures, joint ventures, and Texas real estate regulations is a plus.
