Job Title: Sage X3 ERP Administrator 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sage X3 ERP Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP systems across multiple business functions. The role involves ensuring seamless integration, upgrades, module deployments, troubleshooting, and user support, while aligning system capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and upgrade Sage X3 ERP across all modules, including Sales, Purchase, Finance, AR/AP, Inventory, and Manufacturing

• Manage ERP integrations, system testing, and module deployments

• Monitor help desk queries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain ERP reports

• Support end-users with training, guidance, and functional assistance

• Handle data uploads such as opening balances, stock levels, ledgers, and price lists

• Configure organizational structures and modules within the ERP system

• Perform regular database maintenance, backups, and recovery operations

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and safe work practices

• Collaborate with management to enhance ERP processes and functionality

Qualifications:

• Age: 35 years old and below

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the paints industry working with Sage X3 ERP implementation, configuration, and support

• Expertise in ERP data management, migrations, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting

• Strong knowledge of accounting, supply chain, and manufacturing processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server environments

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
