You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring seamless property transactions while offering valuable insights on investment opportunities and market trends. Success in this position requires staying updated with Dubai’s ever-changing property laws, market shifts, and client preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties

• Conduct market research to determine property values and identify trends

• Prepare and present property listings with accurate descriptions and quality photographs

• Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best outcomes for clients

• Build and maintain a strong professional network with developers, investors, and other agents

• Provide expert guidance on property investment opportunities and market conditions

• Organize and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants

• Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate laws and regulations

• Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings

• Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships

• Female candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven sales experience in real estate or related industries

• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market and laws

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
