What You’ll Do:

• Create scroll-stopping content — reels, stories, memes, carousels, captions, and more

• Plan and post across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels

• Stay ahead of social trends while maintaining our unique brand voice

• Engage with our community — from positive feedback to constructive comments

• Collaborate with creatives, designers, and marketing teams to bring content ideas to life

• Use analytics and insights to track performance, spot opportunities, and refine strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content creation or social media (brand, freelance, or personal projects)

• Strong understanding of trending sounds, viral formats, and platform-specific features

• Ability to switch between casual and professional tones with ease

• Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking

• Passion for beauty, haircare, and creating engaging digital experiences
