Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager to lead Patient Support Programs (PSPs) and Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) strategies in the LR MEA markets. The role involves developing innovative patient programs, driving market access through HEOR evidence, and collaborating with regional/global teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage PSPs focused on affordability, adherence, education, and testing support.

• Engage stakeholders, monitor outcomes, and optimize program impact.

• Develop HTA, cost-effectiveness, and budget impact models to support reimbursement.

• Adapt global HEOR reports for local payer requirements.

• Support pricing, market access strategies, and budget/resource governance.

• Build relationships with HCAs, PAGs, and other key decision-makers.

Qualifications:

• University degree in life sciences or economics; advanced degree preferred.

• 3+ years’ experience in PSPs, HEOR, and market access, preferably in innovative pharma.

• Experience in MEA markets and strong cultural awareness.

• Understanding of payers, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA processes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluency in English; French and Arabic are an advantage.
