Job Title: Supply Chain Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Lead to take full ownership of our operational functions, including warehouse management, logistics, shipments, inventory control, and customer service. This pivotal role ensures end-to-end efficiency, scalability, and service excellence, supporting growth in both local and export markets.

The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise, capable of building, optimizing, and scaling supply chain processes, integrating ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization

• Lead supply chain operations across UAE and GCC, from inbound logistics to last-mile delivery

• Design and implement efficient processes to minimize costs and lead times

• Evaluate and improve warehouse layouts, capacity, and fulfillment practices

• Drive automation and systemization for stock management, order processing, and reporting

• Build scalable systems to support new markets and product lines

• Develop and maintain SOPs for operational consistency and training scalability

• Champion sustainability initiatives through optimized packaging, reduced waste, and eco-friendly logistics

2. Logistics, Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage all domestic and international shipments, ensuring customs compliance

• Monitor inventory levels to balance availability, working capital, and forecast accuracy

• Coordinate inbound shipments, supplier deliveries, and distribution timelines

• Oversee 3PL partnerships and vendor performance to maintain service and cost efficiency

• Set processes for returns, damages, and warranty claims

3. Customer Service & Order Fulfillment

• Lead customer service operations for accurate and timely order handling

• Set and monitor KPIs for client service, delivery times, and complaint resolution

• Foster a client-first culture to maintain a premium service reputation

• Collaborate with eCommerce teams for seamless direct-to-consumer (DTC) order management

4. Functional Leadership & Collaboration

• Build and lead a high-performing supply chain and operations team

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Finance to align supply with business needs

• Provide reports and operational insights to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in FMCG, distribution, or export-driven industries

• Proven leadership in managing warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams

• Expertise in UAE and GCC logistics regulations

• Track record in building/restructuring supply chain processes for growing businesses

• ERP proficiency (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

• Strong analytical, commercial, and execution skills
