EY is seeking an experienced M&A Strategy & Transactions professional to join its high-performing team in Dubai. In this role, you will guide clients through all stages of the transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, mergers, fundraising, and strategic reviews. Responsibilities include assessing strategic fit, conducting financial modelling, managing deal cycles, preparing client documentation, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure transaction milestones are met. You will also mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assess strategic fit of businesses, identify synergies, and manage deal processes.

• Prepare high-quality client deliverables for fundraising, acquisitions, and disposals.

• Collaborate with clients, counterparties, and advisors to meet deadlines.

• Analyze financial statements and provide factual conclusions and actionable insights.

• Lead and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.

Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

• 3–4 years’ M&A experience, with proven transaction execution skills.

• Strong numerical, financial modelling, and communication skills.

• Ability to produce impactful professional documents and manage multiple priorities.

• Flexibility to travel.

Preferred:

• MBA, Master’s in Finance, or CFA certification.

• GCC market experience or experience in mature global markets.

• Background in professional services, investment banking, or boutique advisory firms.
