Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Coordinator to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. This remote role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with UAE labor laws

Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee performance

Support employee engagement initiatives and enhance internal communication channels

Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals and assist in career development planning

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and manage workforce planning

Communicate with clients to fully understand and fulfill their hiring requirements
Requirements & Skills:
-
6 months to 2 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience

Strong communication skills
-
Fluency in English and Hindi (Malayalam is an added advantage)

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment best practices
Job Details:

Location: Remote (Work From Home) – UAE-based role

Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,000 (based on experience)
