Burjline Builders is hiring a Payment Gateway Coordinator to manage and optimize payment operations for high-risk industries, including gaming. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai offers a monthly salary of AED 2,000–2,500 plus perks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payment processing, fraud detection, and compliance with payment regulations. You will coordinate with banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), and internal teams to ensure secure, smooth, and efficient payment flows while adhering to industry standards such as PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations with banks and payment partners.

• Track transactions, settlements, chargebacks, and monitor fraud trends.

• Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, AML, and KYC requirements.

• Collaborate with technology, finance, and legal teams to maintain smooth payment processes.

• Onboard and manage Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

• Maintain accurate payment records, workflows, and reconciliation data.

• Oversee API-based payment integrations and ensure regulatory protocols are met.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in payment operations or fintech (preferably in high-risk sectors).

• Knowledge of UPI, payment gateways, wallets, and reconciliation processes.

• Understanding of chargeback handling and basic fraud detection methods.

• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

• Experience working with international PSPs and gaming platforms.

• Familiarity with cross-border payments and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs).
