A well-established hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, licensing, and compliance processes. This full-time, on-site role requires in-depth knowledge of MOHRE visa processing, business licensing (including alcohol permits), and UAE regulatory requirements for the restaurant and hospitality sector. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, ensuring smooth and timely completion of all legal and administrative processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with UAE government authorities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage applications, renewals, and amendments for business licenses, including alcohol, tourism, and commercial permits.

• Represent the company in dealings with ministries, legal bodies, and other regulatory agencies.

• Keep up-to-date with legal and procedural changes in the hospitality and tourism sector.

• Handle MOHRE-related processes, including employment visas, labor permits, and Emirates ID applications.

• Maintain accurate records of all government-related documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the hospitality or F&B industry.

• Strong understanding of UAE government procedures, including DED, DTCM, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Police processes.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and time management.
