Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to manage and oversee our company’s accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, maintain financial records, and contribute to smooth month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices with complete accuracy and obtain necessary approvals

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly

• Prepare and process payments in a timely manner

• Maintain AP records and ensure compliance with internal control policies

• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting requirements

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Dubai

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
