Via Medica International Healthcare is seeking a qualified School Nurse to provide quality healthcare services in a school setting in Al Ain. This full-time, on-site role requires 60 working hours per week and offers the opportunity to work closely with students, promoting their health, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a valid DOH license or eligibility and fluency in both English and Arabic. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience as a school nurse or in pediatric care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide healthcare services to students, including assessments, first aid, and medical interventions.

• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate health records.

• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions and communicable diseases within the school community.

• Promote health education and awareness among students and staff.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health needs.

• Ensure compliance with DOH standards and school health policies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Valid DOH license or eligibility.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).

• Experience as a school nurse or in a pediatric ward preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage emergencies and respond calmly under pressure.
