This full-time, hybrid role involves working on construction sites with occasional flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day site operations by assisting skilled workers, operating basic construction equipment, managing tools and materials, and ensuring safety and cleanliness at the worksite. This role is essential in ensuring projects run efficiently and meet quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials and equipment at construction sites.

• Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks.

• Operate construction tools and machinery as instructed.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the worksite.

• Handle and organize tools, materials, and equipment.

• Follow all site safety guidelines and procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with operating construction tools and equipment.

• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols.

• Strong physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks.
