We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Lady with strong knowledge of Abayas and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure our store provides a welcoming and stylish shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting Abayas that suit their style and preferences

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Abaya designs, fabrics, and trends

• Process sales transactions, including billing, receipts, and payments

• Maintain and update sales records accurately using Microsoft Excel

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Provide polite and professional customer support, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Abaya sales or fashion retail is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and reporting

• Well-groomed, polite, and proactive personality

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
