INNOCODE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by creating and closing new opportunities. The role involves using a consultative sales approach to identify and qualify leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and experience in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients virtually or in-person to present products and solutions.

Identify and establish new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate client and sales records.

Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products.

Review sales performance and develop strategies to exceed targets.

Negotiate contracts and packages with senior executives.

Research prospects and generate leads.

Handle client inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.

Prepare and send quotes and proposals.

Manage the sales process through CRM and other software tools.
Key Requirements:

2–5 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Strong understanding and working knowledge of CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Previous experience in Information Technology sales (mandatory).

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
