MBT is seeking an experienced Relationship Officer for its Personal Loans – DIB process and Credit Cards division. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and offering personalized banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven retail banking experience and a passion for meeting sales targets through direct client engagement and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients to promote personal loans and credit cards.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding financial needs.

• Offer tailored banking solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sales, cold calling, and networking.

• Generate leads through referrals and other prospecting activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of retail banking experience in the UAE.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
