ATT Travels LLC is hiring a Visa Consultant to join its Ajman-based team. This full-time role focuses on assisting clients with various visa applications, providing accurate guidance, managing documentation, and coordinating with embassies to ensure smooth processing. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa laws, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on visa types, eligibility, documentation, processing timelines, and costs

• Assist in collecting, verifying, and preparing documents to minimize rejections

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for application submission and tracking

• Keep clients informed of progress and promptly address any additional requirements

• Handle complications such as delays or rejections efficiently

• Stay updated on visa regulations and travel advisories

• Collaborate with the travel team to align visa processing with bookings

• Deliver exceptional, customer-focused service throughout the process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, International Relations, Law, Hospitality, or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant visa consulting experience

• Strong knowledge of UAE-specific visa laws and documentation requirements

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus

• High attention to detail and organizational ability

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing regulations

• Proficiency with visa processing software, booking systems, and MS Office
