Seven Star Services, a leader in hospitality and specialized service solutions, is hiring Shisha Masters for its Dubai operations. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional service in areas such as Shisha service, manpower supply, valet services, procurement, and more. This full-time, on-site position involves preparing and serving shisha, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage time, cleanliness, and attendance while proactively completing assigned tasks

• Follow staff allocation and rotation schedules set by management

• Prepare charcoal, water, and ice for service in advance

• Remain attentive in assigned zones and respond to shisha-related guest requests promptly

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner

• Present menus, answer product-related questions, and upsell shisha offerings

• Prepare shisha according to company standards and deliver with professionalism

• Ensure shisha is ready for use before serving

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly

• Coordinate with waitstaff to process orders

• Change charcoal every 10 minutes or as required, and upsell when applicable

• Use wind protectors or covers in adverse weather

• Retrieve and clean shisha devices after use, and store them properly

• Handle molasses neatly and maintain a clean workstation

• Respect company hierarchy and policies

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Previous experience in shisha service or similar hospitality roles preferred

• Knowledge of shisha flavors, packing techniques, and heat management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service
