Confidential Careers is seeking a female professional to join a luxury health club in Abu Dhabi as a Gym Receptionist and Swimming Coach. This full-time, on-site role offers a monthly salary of AED 6,000 and requires immediate availability. The position involves welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling transactions, and providing outstanding customer service, alongside delivering high-quality swimming coaching tailored to clients’ needs.

Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties

• Greet and welcome guests at the health club

• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments

• Provide facility tours to prospective members

• Schedule appointments and assist with inquiries

• Process new membership applications and payments

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Handle cash and credit card transactions

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Swimming Coach Duties

• Deliver personalized swimming lessons for all skill levels

• Create and implement training programs for beginners to advanced swimmers

• Ensure safety, pool hygiene, and etiquette standards are met

• Provide feedback and track client progress

• Foster a motivating and professional training environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Certified Swimming Coach (recognized accreditation)

• Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certification (mandatory)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in private or gym-based swimming coaching

• Ability to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels

Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 6 days a week
