Coin Factory AG, a Swiss-headquartered leader in cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation, is seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead global revenue strategy and accelerate growth. The CRO will oversee sales, partnerships, and market expansion, driving adoption of Coin Factory’s asset tokenization, DeFi, and gamification solutions worldwide. This remote role demands exceptional leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in revenue growth within blockchain, fintech, or SaaS sectors.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies

Lead global sales, business development, and partnership teams

Identify and penetrate new markets, especially tech-savvy and emerging economies

Build and optimize scalable sales processes using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot

Align marketing campaigns with revenue goals

Cultivate strategic partnerships within blockchain, exchanges, and DeFi ecosystems

Provide data-driven insights to guide product and market strategies
Qualifications:

10+ years in revenue leadership roles; minimum 3 years in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS

Proven ability to drive $20M+ annual revenue growth in fast-paced environments

Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi markets

Strong leadership managing global, cross-functional teams

Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics

Established network in crypto, tech, or financial services

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
