Edari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to support Emiratisation recruitment efforts on a 6-month renewable contract. The role focuses on sourcing Emirati Nationals across various industries and seniority levels, playing a vital role in nationalisation initiatives by building talent pipelines aligned with Emiratisation priorities.
Responsibilities:

Source and engage Emirati candidates at all levels, from entry to executive roles.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet workforce planning and Emiratisation goals.

Identify and utilize sourcing channels such as universities, job fairs, Emirati-focused portals, and LinkedIn.

Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial outreach to candidates, coordinating interviews and communications.

Collaborate with recruitment teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

Maintain accurate sourcing records and support employer branding to attract Emirati talent.
Skills & Requirements:

2–3 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably focused on Emiratisation.

Strong understanding of the Emirati talent pool, including local family names and institutions.

Proven experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university partnerships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles independently.

Familiarity with Emiratisation programs is a plus.
