Arcadia Global School, located in Dubai’s Al Furjan community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant for immediate start. The school follows a high-quality British curriculum and aims to be the inclusive school of choice, supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN), helping them reach their full potential.

• Work closely with teachers to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

• Offer one-on-one or small group support tailored to student needs.

• Assist with academic work in and out of the classroom.

• Support administrative tasks related to student learning and welfare.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with SEN children in schools or nurseries.

• Relevant qualifications or training in education or support work are preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience supporting students with SEN is desirable.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
