Magic is hiring a Freelance Multimedia Producer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to support a dynamic law firm’s growing marketing and content production needs. The role involves managing podcast and video projects, producing and editing social media content, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. This fully remote position requires strong skills in podcast production, video editing, social media content creation, and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage podcast production including topic coordination, technical setup, editing oversight, publishing on platforms like YouTube and BuzzSprout.

• Create and publish short-form promotional videos for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.

• Optimize social media content for engagement and SEO.

• Assist with general marketing and administrative support including presentation and graphic design tasks.

• Conduct research on events, guests, and speaking opportunities to support marketing efforts.

• Maintain project timelines and communicate regularly with internal teams and external collaborators.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven podcast production and video editing experience (tools like Riverside.FM, BuzzSprout).

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content optimization best practices.

• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work setting.

• Reliable home office setup with minimum computer specs: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, 40Mbps internet speed, noise-cancelling headset, webcam.

Work Details:

• Fully remote, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

• Compensation: $7/hour, commission-only, no benefits.
