Bahri | البحري is seeking a Purchase Specialist to manage purchasing activities within the MSML business unit. The role involves tendering, contract evaluation, placing purchase orders, and monitoring delivery to ensure timely supply of quality products and services. The specialist will negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal discounts while maintaining quality and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify competitive sources for quality goods and services.

• Prepare and submit Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and conduct supplier negotiations.

• Approve, prepare, and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.

• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and resolve any discrepancies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to support business needs.

• Implement new procurement strategies and policies aligned with management directives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
