Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a Safety Officer responsible for supervising and coordinating all Health & Safety (H&S) matters within the facility. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols, conducting daily safety rounds, maintaining safety equipment, and promoting a strong safety culture among workers. The Safety Officer will also manage training, incident reporting, emergency evacuation drills, and discipline within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety activities in the facility.

• Prepare and maintain H&S checklists.

• Ensure workers wear proper PPE and maintain discipline during break times.

• Conduct daily facility rounds to identify hazards and abnormalities.

• Maintain discipline and harmony with supervisors and management.

• Report any indiscipline or disruptive conduct to management.

• Assist in periodic safety training and awareness programs, including induction training.

• Record incident and accident reports accurately.

• Inspect and maintain safety equipment and first aid kits; arrange replenishment and repairs.

• Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency exits are maintained.

• Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and hygiene systems.

• Perform additional safety-related duties as assigned by the department head.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• NEBOSH or IOSH certified.

• Energetic and physically active with attention to detail and risk analysis.

• Strong people management and discipline handling skills.

• Self-disciplined with dedication to upholding safety culture.

• Proactive team player committed to continuous improvement.

• Good communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
