e& is seeking a Senior Manager for AI Cognitive Engines and Generative AI to lead the deployment, management, and enhancement of advanced AI applications including facial recognition, OCR, and biometric technologies. The role involves ensuring robust infrastructure for POCs and production, optimizing operational performance, and driving innovation aligned with business goals. This position requires collaboration with development, IT, sales, and business teams to improve customer experiences and internal efficiencies through cognitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee integration of cognitive technologies like facial recognition, OCR, and biometrics into customer channels and existing systems.

• Manage deployment and operational health of AI applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

• Monitor AI systems to maintain efficiency, minimize downtime, and optimize resource use.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements aligned with strategic objectives.

• Lead innovation projects exploring new AI technologies to transform business processes.

• Support customer onboarding with cognitive tools and assist sales teams in meeting client needs.

• Promote internal adoption of AI solutions to enhance efficiency, data security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in data science, AI application support, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI, cognitive engines, biometric systems.

• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to lead AI deployment and operational excellence initiatives.
