Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Executive Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the UAE market, particularly in industrial materials, construction, or related sectors.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, capable of driving revenue growth while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the UAE market

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations

Manage and expand key accounts to maximize business potential

Lead, support, and motivate sales team members (if applicable)

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay competitive
Requirements & Skills:

Filipino nationality, currently residing in the UAE

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE (industrial materials, construction, or related industries preferred)

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Strong professional network in Dubai and across the UAE

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

MBA or related business degree preferred

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
