Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our transportation services network. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients to drive revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote transportation services

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building strong client relationships

• Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth areas

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients

• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 per month

• Plus commission on successfully closed contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client relationship management (transportation industry experience preferred)

• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
