Wynn Al Marjan Island, an upcoming luxury integrated resort in Ras al-Khaimah set to open in early 2027, is seeking a talented Digital Content Creator to join its Learning & Development team. The resort boasts 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa, aiming to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital learning assets including hotel orientation videos, departmental training videos, visual SOP guides, and e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Rise or Canva.

• Film, edit, and publish training videos showcasing real hotel environments and operational procedures.

• Create branded communication materials to promote internal trainings, campaigns, and events.

• Manage and update L&D content on internal platforms like LMS, SharePoint, and digital noticeboards.

• Collaborate with department trainers to visualize operational procedures and support hybrid/virtual training sessions with digital assets and tech coordination.

• Ensure all materials adhere to Wynn Al Marjan Island’s brand standards and accessibility requirements.

• Track user engagement and feedback to continuously improve digital learning content.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in digital content creation or media production, preferably within hospitality, luxury brands, or customer-facing industries.

• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate 360, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.

• Ability to independently manage filming, editing, and production workflows.

• Understanding of hospitality operations and passion for service excellence.

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Background in media, communication, instructional design, or hospitality-related fields.

• Additional skills such as photography, animation, and understanding of adult learning principles are advantageous.

• Excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
