The Land Surveyor role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for performing precise topographic and construction surveys, coordinating with engineers, consultants, and regulatory authorities to comply with Dubai’s construction standards. The role demands technical expertise, accuracy, and excellent communication skills to support high-rise, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct topographic and construction layout surveys for foundations, utilities, and finishing works.

• Verify site measurements, control points, levels, and benchmarks aligned with IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and authority representatives during site inspections and approval processes.

• Prepare and maintain survey reports, as-built drawings, and data records to meet company and authority standards.

• Manage and follow up on NOC applications with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Etisalat/DU, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defense, and others.

• Conduct joint site surveys with third-party verifiers and consultants as needed.

• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment including Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level.

• Supervise assistant surveyors and ensure timely completion of survey work according to project schedules.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably on high-rise or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and authority NOC procedures.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and surveying software and equipment.

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

• Preferred: Experience with Dubai Islands A/Nakheel developments, Trakhees or DEWA Surveyor certification, infrastructure projects involving utilities, and AutoCAD Civil 3D certification.

• Good command of English.
