Dubai Careers – A Smart Dubai Initiative, in collaboration with the Community Development Authority, is seeking a Senior Executive – Follow Up to support the development of the unified system for managing social and humanitarian cases. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external partners to deliver joint services, collect and analyze data, ensure service quality, and manage case follow-up in line with service agreements.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal and external entities to deliver joint social and humanitarian services.

Monitor registered cases to ensure compliance with agreed service standards and optimal system usage.

Organize and evaluate training programs for case management specialists.
-
Collect and prepare data for analysis in line with approved guidelines.

Follow up on humanitarian cases and ensure provision of approved services.

Organize workshops and brainstorming sessions to improve service delivery.

Handle client complaints by classifying, analyzing, and coordinating resolutions.

Collaborate with charities and NGOs to enhance service offerings.

Work with marketing, communications, and IT teams to promote updated systems and procedures.

Gather and provide data for performance indicator analysis.

Prepare periodic reports and statistics on social and humanitarian cases.

Comply with information security policies and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
-
Strong coordination, communication, and data analysis skills.
