BingX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange since 2018 with over 20 million users worldwide, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (MENA) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting the company’s rapid growth in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. You will work remotely with a dynamic, international team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.

Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.

Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments for technical and cultural fit.

Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals.

Promote company culture and values to attract quality candidates.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.

Provide regular progress updates to senior recruitment leaders.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in cryptocurrency or blockchain.

Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.

Proficiency with ATS tools (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter).

Fluency in English and Arabic.
