BingX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange since 2018 with over 20 million users worldwide, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (MENA) to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role involves sourcing top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting the company’s rapid growth in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. You will work remotely with a dynamic, international team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments for technical and cultural fit.

• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals.

• Promote company culture and values to attract quality candidates.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.

• Provide regular progress updates to senior recruitment leaders.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in cryptocurrency or blockchain.

• Strong sourcing and networking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in fast-paced, startup environments.

• Proficiency with ATS tools (Teamtailor) and recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
