This role involves working extensively with Excel and ZoomInfo to source, clean, and manage lead information, ensuring the team has the insights needed for successful outreach and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and update contact and company details using ZoomInfo.

• Organize and maintain large datasets in Excel.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems.

• Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales and marketing outreach.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize lead lists and data processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables).

• Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Salary: $400–$450/month
