We are seeking an experienced Joinery Factory Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a joinery production facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams, delivering high-quality joinery and fit-out work, and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily joinery production operations.

• Lead and manage teams including carpenters, polishers, and machine operators.

• Plan and implement production schedules to meet deadlines.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical drawings and BOQs.

• Optimize material usage to minimize waste.

• Maintain machinery and ensure operational efficiency.

• Enforce health and safety standards.

• Drive process improvements in quality and output.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of factory management experience in UAE (Joinery/Fit-Out).

• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and finishes.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents.

• Proven leadership managing 10+ production staff.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or production planning software (advantage).

Preferred:

• Currently based in UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Immediate or short-notice availability.
