Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment within the UAE.

In-depth understanding of real estate brokerage hiring processes.

Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and negotiating with candidates.

Familiarity with UAE labor laws and onboarding procedures.
