• Collaborate with department heads to ensure hiring needs and targets are met efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate recruitment within the UAE.

• In-depth understanding of real estate brokerage hiring processes.

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and negotiating with candidates.

• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and onboarding procedures.
